Esta guía te lleva por tu primer día con TeloHago: configurar, cotizar, cobrar y crecer. Unos 10 minutos.
1Crea tu cuenta
- Abre TeloHago.
- Arriba a la derecha, elige tu idioma: ES (español) o EN (inglés). Lo puedes cambiar después en Mi Negocio → Idioma.
- Toca Crear una → escribe tu nombre y tu teléfono.
- Te enviamos un código de 6 dígitos por mensaje → escríbelo. Ese es tu acceso (sin contraseñas).
2Configura tu negocio (2 minutos)
La app te pregunta unas cosas rápidas:
- Nombre del negocio — ej. "Mike's Landscaping".
- Tu oficio — jardinería, limpieza, electricidad, plomería u otro.
- Tus servicios y precios — toca "Agregar lista sugerida" para cargar los trabajos comunes de tu oficio, y luego edita cualquier precio — son tus precios. Agrega los tuyos con +.
- Cómo cobras — tu Zelle/Cash App/etc., para que aparezca en tus cotizaciones.
- (Opcional) Logo — Mi Negocio → Logo del negocio. Aparece en tus cotizaciones en PDF y en tu tarjeta QR.
Tip: en Mi Negocio, el aviso "Casi listo" te dice qué falta por completar (logo, forma de cobro, precios).
3Agrega tu primer cliente
- Ve a la pestaña Clientes → Nuevo cliente.
- Escribe su nombre, teléfono y dirección (los tres son obligatorios — la dirección te sirve para navegar hasta ahí después). (Opcional) agrega su correo si quieres cotizarle por email.
- Elige el idioma de sus mensajes — los clientes que hablan español reciben las cotizaciones en español, y los de inglés en inglés, automáticamente.
- Si ya tienes un cliente con ese mismo teléfono, la app te avisa y te deja editar el existente en vez de crear uno repetido.
4Crea tu primer trabajo
- Toca el botón naranja grande + (Nuevo trabajo). Si ya tienes varios clientes, usa el buscador para encontrarlo rápido.
- Elige el cliente.
- Toca los servicios que harás (el precio se suma solo). Lo puedes ajustar. Si quieres anotar algo que no es un servicio ni el título, usa "Detalles adicionales" (texto libre, opcional).
- (Opcional) Agrega fotos del lugar — TeAyudo puede verlas.
- ¿No sabes cuánto cobrar? Toca TeAyudo 🤖 — te sugiere un precio Bajo / Justo / Alto con razones, según tu descripción, las fotos y tu zona.
- Pon el precio y crea el trabajo.
5Envía la cotización
Desde el trabajo, toca Enviar cotización → se abre un mensaje profesional listo para mandar por SMS, WhatsApp o correo — tú eliges el canal. (O Cotización PDF con tu logo, en Pro.) En EE.UU. muchos clientes prefieren SMS o correo; para el correo, agrega el email del cliente al crearlo.
6Haz el trabajo
Mueve el trabajo por sus etapas (la barra de colores):
- Cotizado → En progreso (te pide una fecha — esa es tu agenda).
- En progreso → A cobrar cuando termines.
- Agrega una foto "antes" y "después" — genial para tu portafolio y para verte profesional.
7Cobra
- En el trabajo, toca Registrar un pago.
- Escribe el monto — total o parcial ("la mitad hoy, el resto el viernes" sirve).
- Cuando esté pagado por completo, el trabajo pasa a Pagado y cuenta en tus totales.
8Mira cómo vas
- Inicio — tu tablero: ganado total, este mes, lo que te deben, la agenda de hoy y tu nivel (Bronce → Platino).
- Trabajos — todo agrupado por etapa, con el dinero de cada una.
- Resumen del negocio (desde Inicio) — gráficos por semana/mes, mejores clientes.
9Haz crecer tu negocio
- Repetir un trabajo — en un trabajo pagado, toca Repetir (semanal/quincenal/mensual). Avisos te recuerda cuando toca.
- Recordatorios — Avisos 🔔 muestra quién te debe; manda un recordatorio cordial por SMS, WhatsApp o correo con un toque.
- Quién te refiere — al agregar un cliente, marca ¿Quién lo refirió?. Mi Negocio muestra tus mejores referidores — ¡agradéceles!
- Materiales y ganancia (Pro) — agrega el costo de materiales a un trabajo para ver tu ganancia real (precio − materiales).
- Comprobante de ingresos (Pro) — un PDF que prueba cuánto ganas (incluye tu nivel), para renta, préstamos o impuestos.
- Tu cuadrilla (plan Cuadrilla) — agrega trabajadores, asígnalos a los trabajos y envía órdenes por WhatsApp.
- Tu tarjeta QR — los clientes la escanean y te escriben por WhatsApp. Imprímela, pégala en tu camioneta.

This guide walks you through your first day with TeloHago: set up, quote, collect, and grow. About 10 minutes.
1Create your account
- Open TeloHago.
- Top right, pick your language: ES (Spanish) or EN (English). You can change it later in My business → Language.
- Tap Create one → enter your name and phone number.
- We text you a 6-digit code → type it in. That's your login (no passwords).
2Set up your business (2 minutes)
The app asks a few quick things:
- Business name — e.g., "Mike's Landscaping".
- Your trade — landscaping, cleaning, electrical, plumbing, or other.
- Your services and prices — tap "Add suggested list" to load the common jobs for your trade, then edit any price — they're your prices. Add your own with +.
- How you get paid — your Zelle/Cash App/etc., so it shows on your quotes.
- (Optional) Logo — My business → Business logo. It appears on your PDF quotes and QR card.
Tip: on My business, the "Almost there" banner tells you what's left to complete (logo, payment, prices).
3Add your first client
- Go to the Clients tab → New client.
- Enter their name, phone, and address (all three are required — the address lets you navigate there later). (Optional) add their email if you want to quote them by email.
- Pick their message language — Spanish-speaking clients get quotes in Spanish, English speakers in English, automatically.
- If you already have a client with that same phone, the app warns you and lets you edit the existing one instead of creating a duplicate.
4Create your first job
- Tap the big orange + button (New job). If you have several clients, use the search box to find them quickly.
- Pick the client.
- Tap the services you'll do (the price adds up automatically). You can adjust it. To jot down something that isn't a service or the title, use "Additional details" (free text, optional).
- (Optional) Add photos of the site — TeAyudo can look at them.
- Not sure what to charge? Tap TeAyudo 🤖 — it suggests a Low / Fair / High price with reasons, based on your description, photos, and area.
- Set the price and create the job.
5Send the quote
From the job, tap Send quote → a professional message opens, ready to send by SMS, WhatsApp, or email — you pick the channel. (Or Quote PDF with your logo, on Pro.) In the US many clients prefer SMS or email; to email it, add the client's email when you create them.
6Do the work
Move the job through its stages (the colored bar):
- Quoted → In progress (it asks for a date — that's your schedule).
- In progress → Ready to collect when you finish.
- Add a "before" and "after" photo — great for your portfolio and to look professional.
7Get paid
- On the job, tap Record a payment.
- Enter the amount — full or partial ("half today, the rest Friday" works).
- When it's fully paid, the job turns Paid and counts toward your totals.
8See how you're doing
- Home — your dashboard: total earned, this month, what's owed to you, today's schedule, and your level (Bronze → Platinum).
- Jobs — everything grouped by stage, with money per stage.
- Business summary (from Home) — charts by week/month, top clients.
9Grow your business
- Repeat a job — on a paid job, tap Repeat (weekly/biweekly/monthly). Alerts reminds you when it's due.
- Reminders — Alerts 🔔 shows who owes you; send a friendly reminder by SMS, WhatsApp, or email in one tap.
- Who refers you — when adding a client, set Who referred them?. My business shows your top referrers — thank them!
- Materials & profit (Pro) — add your materials cost on a job to see your real profit (price − materials).
- Income report (Pro) — a PDF proving your income (includes your level), for rent, loans, or taxes.
- Your crew (Crew plan) — add workers, assign them to jobs, and send work orders by WhatsApp.
- Your QR card — clients scan it and message you on WhatsApp. Print it, put it on your truck.
